Support

Cup26 Support

Help center for account access, Lightning wallet, pools, rules, and custody checks.

Need help from support?

Include your display name, login method, pool link, invoice hash, and a short description. Do not send private keys.

Send a support message

Include enough context to identify the account, pool, Lightning invoice, or transaction.

Terms And Community

Participation is voluntary, for users 18 or older, and subject to local law. Community support is available for operational help, disputes, and recovery guidance.

Community Standards

Use support channels for help with access, invoices, pools, and disputes. Keep payment proof concise and never post private keys.

Account Access

Nostr, Telegram, local key backup, and linked identities.

Sign in with Nostr+

Use the local Nostr identity button or a browser extension. Local identity exists only in this browser until you export the key.

Back up a local Nostr key+

Open Sign in, use Export local key, and store the 64-character hex key somewhere private. Anyone with this key can access that account.

Telegram login is missing+

Refresh the page and clear the PWA/app cache if needed. The login page loads the official Telegram widget for WCup26bot.

Link Nostr and Telegram+

After signing in, open Link accounts. Linking keeps one shared balance, pools, and history across login methods.

Wallet

Deposits, withdrawals, invoices, fees, and confirmation state.

Deposit sats+

Generate a Lightning invoice in Wallet and pay it from any Lightning wallet. Balance is credited only after LNbits confirms the exact invoice amount.

Deposit paid but not credited+

Open Wallet and refresh the Lightning invoice status. If it still does not credit, send the payment hash and approximate time to support for review.

Withdraw sats+

Paste a Lightning invoice with an amount. The system reserves the withdrawal amount plus a network fee reserve, then releases unused reserve after payment.

Withdrawal review+

Large, risky, duplicate, or uncertain payments may stay in manual review. Funds remain locked and are not paid twice.

Pools And Rules

Joining, predictions, scoring, escrow, fees, and settlement.

Join a pool+

Sign in, hold enough available sats, and join a public pool or use a private invite code. The entry moves to internal escrow.

Submit predictions+

Predictions can be edited until each match kickoff. Server time locks the match once it starts.

Scoring+

Exact score earns 5 points. Correct result, including a draw, earns 3 points. One correct team goal outside exact score earns 1 point.

Fees and prizes+

The pool fee is fixed at 5%. The remaining 95% is distributed as prizes or refunds according to pool rules.

Settlement timing+

Automatic settlement is paused. Pools are settled only after trusted final results for the full tournament are available and reviewed.

Security And Custody

How funds are held, reconciled, and protected from duplicate payments.

Where funds are held+

Pool entries remain in internal escrow. User balance comes from the internal ledger, while LNbits custody is reconciled against ledger obligations.

Reconciliation+

The scheduler checks LNbits balance against internal obligations. A negative difference is treated as a critical custody alert.

Duplicate payment protection+

Deposits are idempotent by payment hash. Withdrawals reject reused invoices and check prior payment state before sending.

Result source safety+

The app currently uses the official schedule only. External result providers cannot trigger automatic payouts until marked trusted.

Terms

Eligibility, lawful use, fees, settlement, refunds, and dispute handling.

Eligibility+

Only adults should participate. You are responsible for confirming that this type of pool is lawful in your jurisdiction before joining.

No house counterparty+

Cup26 does not take the opposite side of predictions. Prizes come from participant entries held in escrow, minus fixed fees.

Fees+

The pool fee is fixed at 5% of the collected pool amount. Fee rules are shown before entry and are applied by the ledger at settlement.

Refunds+

If a pool has no eligible scoring participant, the net pool can be refunded according to the pool rules. Refunds may deduct fees that were shown before entry.

Final results+

Payouts require valid final results for the full tournament. Automatic settlement remains disabled until a trusted result source is explicitly enabled.

Disputes+

Disputes should include the pool, user, relevant match, invoice or payment hash if applicable, approximate time, and a short explanation. Internal ledger and custody records are used during review.

Community

Where to ask questions and how to report issues safely.

Telegram community+

Use the Telegram community for general questions, onboarding, and status checks. Do not post private keys, session tokens, or full backup secrets.

What to include in support requests+

Send your display name, login method, pool link, invoice payment hash, approximate time, and what you expected to happen.

Sensitive information+

Never send Nostr private keys, wallet seed phrases, LNbits keys, admin keys, or screenshots that expose secrets.

Operational status+

If deposits, withdrawals, or result sync are delayed, support will check scheduler logs, LNbits reconciliation, and pending review queues.
